Cancelling a Reservation in Wix Hotels

Important:

This article refers to the original Wix Hotels. If you are using the new Wix Hotels by HotelRunner, which is not yet available to all users, please read the information here. Learn how to check which version of Wix Hotels you are using.

At any time you can cancel a reservation from your hotel calendar.

To cancel a reservation:

  1. Go to your dashboard.

  2. Click the Hotels tab.

  3. Click the Reservations tab.

  4. Click the relevant reservation on the Reservation Calendar.

  5. Click the Reservation Status drop-down menu.

  6. Click Cancelled.

  7. Click Save.

Note:

Cancelling the reservation on your calendar will not inform the guest. Make sure to contact your booking and confirm the cancelled reservation.
