Managing reservations

Changing the Status of a Hotel Reservation in Wix Hotels

Important:

This article refers to the original Wix Hotels. If you are using the new Wix Hotels by HotelRunner, which is not yet available to all users, please read the information here. Learn how to check which version of Wix Hotels you are using.

Reservations can have four possible statuses:

  • Reserved

  • Checked in

  • Checked out

  • Cancelled

To update the status of a reservation:

  1. Go to your dashboard.

  2. Click the Hotels tab.

  3. Click the Reservations tab.

  4. Click the relevant reservation.

  5. Select a status from the Reservation Status drop-down list.

  6. Click Save.
