Accept payments from your customers in PLN using PayU Poland.

What are the supported currencies and transaction fees?

  • Supported currencies: PLN
    Note: The currency used in your Wix account must match the currency in your PayU account. If the currencies do not match, the transactions may be declined. Learn how to change your currency

  • Transaction fees: 2.25% + 0.3 PLN per transaction

  • Account activation: Requires review by PayU Poland

  • Managing your account: For information on topics such as payout schedules, refunding a customer, chargeback disputes, and more, visit PayU Poland

To connect PayU Poland:

  1. Go to Accept Payments in your site's dashboard.
    Tip: Check your business location at the top right. If incorrect, click the drop-down menu to change it.

  2. Click See More Payment Options.

  3. Click See Options next to Third-Party Credit / Debit Card Providers.

  4. Click Connect next to PayU.

  1. Depending on whether you have an account with PayU Poland or need to create a new one, follow the steps:

Have an account

  1. Enter the credentials you received from PayU Poland when your account was approved:Pos id
    Second key
    Client secret

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Log in to your PayU Poland account.

  4. Click Online Payments.

  5. Click My Shops.

  6. Click POS.

  7. Click the link with your store's name.

  8. Click Disable next to each payment method under Automatic Collection. Make sure the value is set to "No".

Important:
Registered to PayU Poland before February 3, 2020? Contact PayU Poland Support and request to configure your account as a Wix merchant.

Don't have an account

First, create your PayU account following the instructions below. Once your account is approved, follow the steps to retrieve your Pos id, second key and client secret.

To create the PayU account:

  1. Click Create PayU account to be redirected to PayU Poland.
    Tip: Switch between English and Polish by clicking the language icon at the top right.

  2. Create your new account:Fill in your personal information and select the checkbox under Consent to contact.
    Click Provide company data.
    Fill in your company's information under Company data.
    Enter the details of your Wix site under Your website.
    Enter the details of the person representing your company in front of PayU under Person(s) authorized to represent the organization
    Click Go to summary.
    Select the checkbox to accept the agreement with PayU and click I accept.
    Upload the relevant company documents and click Send documents.

  3. Follow the instructions to send 5 PLN to PayU's bank account for verification.

  4. Set up your PayU Merchant Panel:Log in to your PayU Poland account.
    Click Online Payments.
    Click My Shops.
    Click Add Shop.
    Follow the instructions to add the details of your site and store.

  5. Wait for a confirmation email from PayU.

To connect your PayU account to Wix (after approval):

  1. Go to your PayU Poland account.

  2. Click Online Payments.

  3. Click My Shops.

  4. Click POS.

  5. Copy the following account credentials:Pos id
    Second key
    Client secret

  6. Go back to the Accept Payments tab and follow the steps under Have an account to complete your account setup.

Connecting PayU Czech

Accept payments from your customers in CZK using PayU Czech.

What are the supported currencies and transaction fees?

  • Supported currencies: CZK (By default. Other currencies may be added. Contact PayU CZ to learn more)
    Note: The currency used in your Wix account must match the currency in your PayU account. If the currencies do not match, the transactions may be declined. Learn how to change your currency

  • Supported payment methods: Credit / debit card

  • Transaction fees: 1,60% + 1 CZK per transaction

  • Activation fee: 999 CZK

  • Minimum transaction amount: 3 CZK

  • Account activation: Requires review by PayU CZ

  • Managing your account: For information on topics such as payout schedules, refunding a customer, chargeback disputes, and more, visit PayU CZ

To connect PayU Czech:

  1. Go to Accept Payments in your site's dashboard.

Connecting PayU Colombia

Accept payments from your customers in COP using PayU Colombia.

To connect PayU Colombia:

  1. Go to Accept Payments in your site's dashboard.
    Tip: Check your business location at the top right. If incorrect, click the drop-down menu to change it.

  2. Click See More Payment Options.

  3. Click Connect next to PayU Colombia.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Contact PayU Colombia to enable API check for your account.

Don't have an account

  1. Click Create PayU Colombia account.

  2. Follow the instructions in PayU Colombia's website to create an account.

  3. (After your account is approved) Go to your PayU Colombia account.

  4. Click Configuration.

  5. Click Technical Information.

  6. Copy the following account credentials:Api Login
    Api Key
    Merchant Id

  7. Go to the Accounts tab to copy your Account Id.

  8. Go back to the Accept Payments tab (repeat steps 1-4) and follow the steps under Have an account to complete your account setup.

How can I tell if a payment method is active?

In order to accept online payments, you must connect a payment provider.

Once connected, your checkout will be active for your chosen payment method(s).

You need to have your account successfully verified to receive payouts.

Is my currency supported?

Be aware that payments will fail If you are using an unsupported currency.

The currency used in your payment provider account must match the currency that you set in your Wix account. If you need to change the currency set in your provider account, please contact your payment provider.

If your current payment provider does not support your desired currency, Wix hosts a wide range of alternative payment providers. Learn how to change your payment provider.

What is a minimum payment amount?

Some payment providers have a minimum payment threshold (e.g. $1.01). Payments below this amount will not be processed.

Make sure that all of your products or services are priced over the minimum threshold. This includes discounted items or Pricing Plans.

Please contact your payment provider to get the most up-to-date information about their minimum payment threshold.

How do I get my payouts?

Payouts are managed by your payment provider. If your provider is a third-party provider, contact them directly.
If your provider is Wix Payments, learn about receiving payouts from Wix Payments.

My customers' payments are being declined. What can I do?

If your customers are experiencing payment failures, you may be able to fix the issue by troubleshooting issues for accepting payments.

Why can’t I connect my desired payment provider?

If you’re having trouble connecting your payment provider, you may be able to fix the issue by troubleshooting common connection issues.

Do I need to upgrade my site to accept payments?

Yes. You need to upgrade your site to a plan that supports payments in order to accept payments.
