Here are some frequently asked questions about Dayful:

How do I get started with Dayful by Wix?

First, sign up at Dayful.com to set up your account. Answer a few questions about your business so we can provide the best solution for you. You can then access your Dayful by Wix dashboard and begin adding your staff and services.

How do I add my business details?

The Business Info section of your dashboard is where you can add or update important details about your business. These include:

  • Your business' name, category, logo and description.

  • Your default location.

  • Your primary contact info.

How do I create a service?

The Booking Services tab is where you create or update your services. These include:

  • 1-on-1 services:Appointments: Services which clients can book during any available time slot during your business hours. Clients can only book when the relevant staff member is available to host the service.

  • Multiple participants services:Classes: A regular service you run on a recurring basis. Clients can book each session separately.
    Courses: A one-time service which takes place over days or weeks. Clients book all sessions together.

How do I make my services visible?

When you create your appointments, classes and courses in Dayful, you can choose whether they're visible on your Booking Page or not.

To make a service visible:

  1. Go to Booking Services in your site's dashboard.

  2. Hover over the relevant service(s).

  3. Click the Make Service Visible icon.

How do I reorder the services on my Booking Page?

  1. Go to Booking Services in your site's dashboard.

  2. Click the Manage categories and reorder services icon .

  3. Click and drag the service to your preferred location.

How do I edit the design of my Booking Page?

  1. Go to Booking Page under Channels in your site's dashboard.

  2. Click Edit Design at the top.

Can I create multiple designs for each version of my Booking Page?

It is currently only possible to create one design, including color scheme and font, for your Booking Page.

How do I switch views while editing my Booking Page?

You can choose multiple views while editing your Booking Page to make sure every version you share is clear and fits your brand and business.

To switch views while editing your Booking Page:

  • Use the arrows next to Preview to choose what version of your Booking Page to view. For example, your Service List or your Service Calendar.

  • You can also toggle between desktop and mobile view of each of your pages to provide the best possible experience to clients, no matter what device they're using.

How do I add staff members?

The Staff tab is where you add and update your staff member profiles. You can also:

  • Set your default staff hours.

  • Customize individual staff hours in their profiles.

  • Invite staff members to sync their personal calendars with their Dayful by Wix calendars.

  • Set up your video conferencing account and provider to offer online services.

How do I get paid when clients book my services?

The Accept Payments section of the Settings tab is where you connect your payment providers.
Note: Upgrade to a Premium Dayful by Wix plan to accept online payments.

Dayful by Wix currently supports the following payment providers, depending on your location:

  • Stripe

  • Square

  • Paypal

  • Manual payments

How do I preview my widgets before embedding them?

  1. Click Embed under any widget type.

  2. Select the service(s) you want to show from the drop-down.

  3. Click Preview next to Copy Code.

What are the benefits of a Dayful Premium plan?

With a Dayful Premium plan, you can accept secure, online payments, set up automations, send SMS and email reminders, sell memberships and more.

What payment providers can I connect to Dayful by Wix?

Dayful connects with the following payment providers (depending on your location):

  • Stripe

  • Square

  • Paypal

  • Isracard

Dayful accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners.

Can I try a Dayful Premium plan for free?

Yes. Try a Dayful Premium plan and if you decide it's not for you, you can cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund—no questions asked.

How do I set up Pricing Plans?

Note: You need to upgrade your site to set up Pricing Plans on Dayful.

Go to the Wix App Market and add Pricing Plans to your site.

You can choose from three types of plans:

  • Recurring Payment: Create a subscription plan with recurring payments and select how often the plan (and payment) recurs: weekly, monthly, or yearly.

  • One-time payment: Create a one-time plan that lasts for the time period you choose.

  • Free/Trial plans: Offer your clients a free or a trial membership plan.

Is there a mobile version of Dayful?

When you set up your Dayful account, you can then download the Wix app to use Dayful on mobile.

To download the Wix app:

  1. Go to the Apple App Store (on iPhone) or Google Play (on Android).

  2. Type 'Wix' in the search field.

  3. Click Get or Install to download the app.

How can I check the status of my Dayful bookings?

You can view and manually update the status of your bookings using the Orders tab.
