Wix Invoices & Price Quotes: Managing Your Settings
Manage all of your invoice and price quotes settings in one centralized location. You can customize them to comply with your country's tax regulations, personalize them for your customers, and adjust them according to your business needs.
Important:
Any changes you make will impact past, present, and future invoices.
Learn how to set up a payment method to accept payments from your clients.
To manage your settings:
Go to Settings in your site's dashboard.
Click Getting Paid Settings.
Click the tabs to customize the following (click below to learn more):
General
Customize your general business settings. Changes you make on this tab affect your invoices and price quotes.
Enter your Company ID and Finance Info:Enter your Company ID.
Click the Currency down and select the billing currency.
Click the Default Payment Terms drop-down and select the payment terms.
Click Set Custom Label to add your own terms.
Enter your country's tax information:Click Add New Tax and enter the Tax Name and Rate (%).
Click Save.
Invoices
You can personalize your invoices to fit the needs of both your business and your customers.
Document Details: Add up to 2. In settings, you can only add the label and once invoice created, you can add the value per invoice.
Your Business Info: Add up to 5 of the below business fields and their values to appear on every new invoice you send or add your own custom detail.

Price Quotes
You can manage your default price quote settings.
Edit your price quotes and customize how they look when they are sent to your customers.Business Details: These details will appear on the top of each price quote and can be edited by clicking on site settings or Go To Site Settings.
Price Quote Numbering: The price quote number automatically starts at 000001. Click the Edit icon to change the start number.
Convert Quotes to Invoices: Click the toggle to automatically send an invoice to your customer when they accept your price quote.
Default Notes Sections: Customize a personal message or Legal Notes to your customers.
Customize the Default Emails to Customers when you send them a price quote.Subject: Set your default subject line for all emails or change it per price quote you send out.
Message: Write the message you want to appear for all emails or change it per price quote you send out.
Automations
Automations help you save time on manual tasks. You can send automated emails to your customers to remind them about when their invoices are, when their price quote expires, or customize your own messaging.
Hover over any of the predefined automations.
Click Set Automation.
Review the Trigger, Timing and Action presets and click Edit to customize them using the options available to suit your needs.
Click Activate.
