What do clients see when they use their plan while booking a service on the Wix Member apps?
When your clients select the session they want to book, they see the payment option to redeem from their package or membership plan. They also see how many sessions they have remaining as part of their package.
If they have not purchased a plan yet, they see the option to buy a plan before continuing with booking the session.
Can clients pay for group bookings using a package?
Clients can pay for group bookings using their purchased packages on both desktop and in their member apps. Each participant in a group booking uses up 1 session in the package.
For example, if a client buys a 10-session package and makes a group booking with 2 friends using their package, it counts as 3 sessions used. They then have 7 sessions remaining.
