Plan your restaurant’s booking schedule with the Wix Table Reservations app. Choose your regular hours, add special days for events, and block off time when you're not available. This makes it easy for guests to book during your preferred times.

Managing your reservation schedule

Define your weekly schedule and add special days to manage when reservations are available.

To manage your reservation schedule:

1. Go to Table Reservations in your site's dashboard.

2. Click Settings at the top right.

3. Click Reservation schedule and set up the following:

Weekly hours

Set time blocks for each day, specifying the earliest and latest seating times.

1. Select the checkboxes next to the relevant days and enter your seating hours accordingly.

2. (Optional) Click the Plus icon  to add more than one timeframe (e.g. Monday 9 AM - 12 PM and 2 PM - 8 PM).

3. Click Save.
   

Special days

Design a custom schedule for holidays, special events, or unique occasions.

1. Click + Add Special Day.

2. Enter a name for internal use only (not visible to guests).

3. Select Reservation Availability (open / closed).

4. Select the Start/End dates from the calendar and the Start/End times from the drop-down.

5. Click Save.

How many special days can I create for my Wix Table Reservations?

You can create up to 50 special days for your Wix Table Reservations.

When should I create special days?

Special days should only be created for exceptions, such as when your regular schedule doesn’t include a certain day (e.g. opening on a Thursday for a holiday when you usually don’t work).

Can I update my reservation schedule and special days on mobile?

Currently, updating your reservation schedule and special days are only available on desktop.
