Viewing guest stats

You can view guest stats from the Contact panel or their reservation history in your contact list.

To view a guest's stats:

  1. Go to Table Reservations in your site's dashboard.

  2. Click the contact's name on the relevant reservation.

  3. Scroll down and click the Table Reservations section to view the guest's stats.

How can I update a guest's contact details?

  1. Click the Edit info icon  in the Contact panel.

  2. Do one of the following:Edit details: Edit the relevant details in the pop-up.
    Add new details: Click Add New Field at the bottom. You can select one of the fields on the list or create a custom field.

  3. Click Save.

How can I view a guest's full reservation history?

You can view a guest’s full reservation history by accessing their contact card.

To view your guest's reservation history:

  1. Go to Contacts in your site's dashboard.

  2. Hover over the relevant contact and click View.

  3. Click the Table Reservations tab.
