Wix Video: Troubleshooting Video Playback Issues

Important:
When visitors play a video on your site, the quality may be lower for the first 5-10 seconds, in order to determine whether their internet connection is fast enough to display higher quality videos.

Issues still persist after following all the troubleshooting steps
Delete and re-upload the video to your video library. Learn more about deleting and uploading videos to your video library.
If the video is from an external platform (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook), disable all privacy settings before trying to embed. Learn more about troubleshooting issues with external videos.
